She is the author of the 2017 Wisconsin Ag in the Classroom Book of the Year, Time for Cranberries, illustrated by Jed Henry, and If You Had a Jetpack, illustrated by Linzie Hunter. Lisl lives on a cranberry marsh near Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, with her husband and two sons, and her favorite part of the year is when it's time for harvest.
